Our team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your return is approved.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Auto Zpace™ is not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
