1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@autozpace.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your return is approved.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Auto Zpace™ is not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order.

  • Contact support@autozpace.com to coordinate your exchange.
